Keith leads the Precision Marketing team. He played the key role in establishing the business and developing programs across Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Korea and Hong Kong. Across the past two decades, Keith has held senior management positions at numerous global financial services organisations, successfully developing and managing prominent financial services marketing programs throughout the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia.
Keith’s vision is to provide transformational business solutions that offer real value to our partners and ultimately, the end customer, sharing his global experience and creative insight along the way.
Grant has over 16 years experience in developing direct marketing programs with banks, credit card companies and retailers throughout Australia, Europe and Asia. Grant plays a key role in sourcing and developing opportunities in our existing and new markets. He also oversees management of the key business functions with new partner relationships, and works with all parties to define the commercial operating arrangement, ensuring a long term profitable position is achieved.
His deep understanding of marketing and operations functionality provides our business partners with the information and practical ability to get optimum benefit from the agreed consulting and marketing solution
Karen joined Precision Marketing Asia Pacific in August 2021 and has been working closely with the board of directors of the PMAP Group. Besides providing commercial support and financial insights to the board, Karen has also demonstrated a strong controllership skill in various areas such as accounting/financial control, cost control and compliance control and has been driving operational improvement across the PMAP Group.
Prior joining Precision Marketing Asia Pacific, Karen worked for various top tiers Advertising Media Agencies, such as IPG Mediabrands (part of Interpublic Group), Omnicom Media Group, and Ogilvy (part of WPP plc).
Masato comes with 7+ years of executive leadership experience, with extensive domain expertise across multiple functional disciplines, and with proven track record to turnaround businesses and deliver outstanding results in large, global, multinational corporations as well as in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
Prior to joining MPM Japan Ltd., Masato worked as Executive Officer (Business Development & Account Management) at Tabist Co., Ltd., as Chief Financial Officer (FP&A & Controllership) & Managing Director (HR, IR, Legal, Business Development) at Invast Securities Co., Ltd, and as Risk Director at GE Capital. He started professional career at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.
BA from Seikei University (Tokyo), MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University / IL USA), Master of Engineering Management from Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science (Northwestern University / IL USA).
Mark is responsible for all in-country operations for our fast-growing Indonesian operation, situated in Jakarta. Mark’s on the ground experience and extensive knowledge of life and general insurance distribution in Asia has helped him develop strong market relationships, having lived and worked for over 14 years in Australia, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia.
Mark and his team bring considerable expertise in acquiring and implementing highly successful multi-product, multi-channel programs with our Indonesian business partners, from initial concept, through to launch and ongoing program management.
Vincent has over 18 years working experience in consulting, delivering, implementing and operating customer data intelligence solutions for clients in insurance, banking, telecom, retail and government sector across Asia Pacific Region.
He joined us in 2011 as Business Intelligence Manager to implement our Campaign Factory and to execute marketing campaigns for our first insurance partner in Hong Kong. In 2021 Vincent was promoted to Chief Information Officer in recognition of his excellent work.
Over the years Vincent has managed many Campaign Factory implementations and campaign executions, integrated with data insights, to improve performance across the markets.
Tim has over 20 years experience in complex Enterprise IT environments, has a well respected track record of success in Delivery and Transformation and has worked as a technology leader in a variety of industry segments including Banking, Insurance, Financial Markets, FMCG, Logistics and Health.
Tim manages the security, compliance, strategy and delivery of all IT and infrastructure projects across the Precision Marketing Group.
